The kit came quickly and was well packaged. I’m finishing up the fermentation on the beginner’s bourbon kit now(also from this site) – then I’ll give this all-grain kit a try. The instructions are straightforward, and I look forward to my first all-grain mash.

Almost too easy! Came quick, nicely packaged. Make sure you measure the gluco and ama because you get way more than you need. Temperature to hold the grain to should probably be published so that it does its job. Awesome to see the charred oak sticks. Excellent kit to get you going and learn as well.

This all-grain wheated bourbon kit is great. It’s easy to make (besides stirring for 90 minutes) and if you have not made an all-grain mash, this is a great one to begin with. I got about 7% after fermentation, and the final product turned out so good. I am aging about 2/5 gallon, and now I can’t wait til it’s fully aged! Easy recipe, and amazing end product. Love this kit.

This wheated bourbon recipe is my new favorite. My friends love it as well. It’s worth the 90 minutes of stirring for sure! It’s also worth waiting the 6 week oaking period. Hard to do but worth it!
I’m off to make another batch and look forward to sharing is again with friends.

Like a lot of folks here I agree this kit is excellent. 90 minutes was a bit much for me but it was well worth it. If you are staring out and not sure if this is for you, try this kit! You will be very happy that you did!
