Our handcrafted moonshine ingredients kits are 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, I will either replace or refund your money. I do not require that the kits be returned. You must contact me within 30 days of receiving your kit for a replacement or refund.
Branded Merchandise -
Branded merchandise, such as hats, flags, shirts, etc. can be returned only if they are mislabeled or damaged upon arrival. If merchandise is mislabeled or damaged, the return must be initiated within 4 weeks upon delivery date.
Digital Downloads -
If you are not satisfied with any digital download you have purchased, we will gladly refund you within 30 days.
